By accessing or purchasing from wisdomphile.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them.
products
We sell apparel and related merchandise. We do our best to display product colors, designs, and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screens, photography, and printing. Products marked "sold out" or "in production" may not be available for immediate purchase.
pricing & availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it's placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
orders & payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
shipping & returns
Shipping timelines and costs are described in our shipping policy, and returns are governed by our returns & refunds policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
intellectual property
All content on the Site — designs, artwork, logos, graphics, and text — is owned by Wisdomphile or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission.
acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
disclaimers
The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdomphile disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdomphile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
