where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet — check back as we grow.
handling time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
shipping method & delivery time
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.
shipping cost
A flat shipping rate of $5.00 is applied at checkout on all U.S. orders.
order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, email us at support@wisdomphile.com.
lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Wisdomphile isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, contact your local carrier first, then reach out and we'll help however we can. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution.
incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll do our best to help if you catch it before the order ships.
